Due to changes made by the government, small claims for compensation are no longer dealt with by solicitors. The idea is that you apply yourself using the online portal and unfortunately you can not claim any solicitors fees from the otherside. Therefore, you would have to pay solicitors fees from your compensation and for small amounts, it would not be worth it for you. For more serious injuries we can still make the claim on your behalf.
