Any Disbursements or Taxes that are necessary for the matter to complete. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry or Search Fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.

Our quotes include all the likely disbursements along with our best estimation of their cost. Changes in the cost of most disbursements are beyond our control; we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes as soon as we become aware of them. There are certain disbursements that we are unable to ascertain the cost of until later in the process such as the Lessor’s Registration Fee for Leasehold properties.

We will not incur any costs without obtaining your authority.
